I’ve had a camera (or at least a phone I refused to put down) in my hand since I was a kid—always the girl yelling, “Wait! One more photo!” Whether it was a road trip, a school dance, or just a Tuesday, I wanted to freeze every little moment like my life depended on it.

In 2013, I got my first real camera, and what started as a fun little hobby turned into my full-time job by 2017—accidentally, of course. One day I was just taking photos for fun, the next I was knee-deep in love stories, film rolls, and teary first looks. The happiest whoops of my life.

I’ve always LOVED love. I’ve always been that person who gets way too emotionally invested in fictional couples and cries at proposal videos I wasn’t even invited to. So the fact that I get to turn real-life love stories into something people can hold onto forever? Literal dream job. I’ll be there with camera in hand, tearing up behind the lens and cheering you on like we’ve been besties since middle school.

Because to me, wedding photos aren’t just pretty pictures—they’re family history in the making. They tell the story of your love, not just for you, but for your future grandkids flipping through an old album one day. That’s the magic. That’s what I live for.

So if you’re into storytelling, film vibes, and photos that feel like home—let’s do this.

Based in New York and always ready to travel—photographing nostalgic lovers across the U.S. and beyond.

MY PHILOSOPHY

Photos should make you feel something. Not just look back—but go back.

I’m not here to stage a fake version of your day. I’m here to capture what’s real—the crooked boutonnieres, the shaky hands, the teary hugs, the wind in your hair. The quiet chaos. The wild joy. The little in-between things you didn’t know you’d miss.

I believe wedding photography isn’t just about pretty pictures—it’s about preserving the feeling of being there. Your love, your story, your people. Told honestly, artfully, and without trying to make it look like anyone else’s.

My photos are meant to feel like memories.
Not a photoshoot.
Imperfect. Emotional. Timeless.
Just like love.

MY FAV THINGS

WHAT INSPIRES ME

It’s the connection for me.

What keeps me fired up and reaching for my camera day after day? It’s the people. The real, honest, messy, magical human connection. From our first hang—whether we’re bonding over tacos, trash TV, or your dog’s Instagram—I’m all about getting to know the heart behind the love story.

I want to hear how you met, what makes your partner them, and all the weird, wonderful things that make your story yours. That’s the good stuff. And the wild thing? Most of my couples start out as strangers, but by the end of the night we’re hugging it out, yelling “YOU FREAKIN’ ROCK,” and dancing like we’ve known each other forever.

That bond we build? That’s what inspires me. It’s what turns pretty pictures into meaningful ones. So get ready to ditch the “client” label, because if we’re working together, chances are we’re about to become real-life friends.

BEHIND THE LENS

When I’m not photographing wildly-in-love couples or chasing that perfect golden hour, I’m probably dancing in my sweats, binge-watching The Vampire Diaries (Team Damon forever), catching up on The Bachelor—yes, I live for the drama—or getting lost in a romance novel. A girl’s gotta find inspiration somewhere, right?

I’m a homebody with a wanderlust problem—just as happy curled up on the couch as I am jetting off to somewhere new. Nature recharges me, travel fuels me, and quiet moments with my husband Jake (a full-time musician and certified sweetheart) are my everything.

Photography was never the “plan,” but it’s always been in my heart. What started as a fun obsession with documenting life turned into the dream job I didn’t see coming—but I’m so glad it found me.

Loraleah is so good at what she does! I look at my pictures throughout my place and I can honestly say they are the best of the best! I mean yes I got my keepsakes but she is so much more than my photographer! She coached us, encouraged us, she was flexible with us and was there for one of the most important days of my life. Loraleah is a lovely person and anyone that works with her feels that way to! 😊

Photos won’t make the day—but they’ll be the thing that brings it all rushing back.
