Destination Wedding in Aruba

Kirsten and Greg know how to throw a party! There was endless wedded bliss in Aruba when they tied the knot surrounded by all of their loved ones. The love these two share is unlike anything I have seen, truly. They were so relaxed and trusting of their wedding process and vendors. Oh, and huge Buffalo Bills fans! The couple was so thoughtful in planning an itinerary for the weekend so guests could get to hangout and celebrate in many ways other than just the night of the vows! Thursday was a welcome cocktail party, Friday was the big day, Saturday they took the Pelican cruise and went snorkeling, and to top it of on Sunday they had a Buffalo Bills game party! Still glowing from a weekend full of fun with this crew!

These two lovebirds got married at Divi Aruba at an all inclusive resort in Oranjestad, Aruba. Hot sun, cold drinks, and good vibes all around. Their wedding day was very relaxed and guests were enjoying the beach views and island magic up until the wedding began. When I say I have never seen a couple so relaxed and calm, I mean it. Most clients are nervous and ready to say their vows and move onto party time. I don’t know if it was the fact they were getting married in such a serene place, but wow was I blown away!

I knew this endless wedded bliss in Aruba had to come to an end after a wonderful weekend in the sun, but what I didn’t know was how much of an impact this wedding would have on my career and goals moving forward. I felt so alive being able to be a part of this destination wedding, my creativity was at an all time high the entire time. Since we were unable to get many portraits during their wedding day, the following day we had an attire session and explored the other side of Aruba by ATV. Walking through natural ruins, jumping into swimming holes, venturing over natural bridges and just being one with nature and our surroundings. This was absolutely epic, and I hope there are many more love stories to come under the hot sun and warm breeze of the tropics. Cheers to years of adventure and love!
